Pastor of Mission and Vision

Pastor Pen is the founding Pastor of Paradox Bible Church and leads the overall mission and vision of Paradox. His responsibilities include preaching and teaching, counseling, writing and implementation of vision.

Pastor Jacob Jelovich

Pastor Jacob was part of the original Launch Team for Paradox and spent a year in our Eldership process. Jacob is a gifted leader and is in charge of managing and building systems to help launch Paradox. Additionally, Jacob trains new leaders who often become Missional Community Group leaders and Deacons.

Pastor Kevin LeRoy

Pastor Kevin joined Paradox shortly after the core-group development phase of our church plant and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in churches and ministries. Kevin is a wise leader who is in charge of developing our Missional Communities  and helps organize and lead smaller groups within Paradox.
