Proverbs

INTRODUCTION:

Wisdom is exceedingly misunderstood. Are those that hold the most degrees wise? Are those that have lived the most years wise? How does one lean wisdom? We will answer these questions and many more as we study the book of Proverbs.

Wisdom is the primary concern of the book of Proverbs. Proverbs is a collection of Israelite wisdom literature. The book includes the work from several other authors but most is written by King Solomon and was written between tenth and sixth centuries B.C.  Chapters one through nine serve as introductory and helps the reader understand the following 22 chapters.
